Refund policy

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

All sales are final — we cannot offer refunds. However, you have 5 days after receiving your piece to request an exchange for a different size or a different item. If the new piece has a higher price, you’ll just need to cover the difference.

Please note that you are responsible for both shipping costs during the exchange. We offer free shipping on your original order, but we cannot cover shipping again. We charge $15 to send the new item, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping to send the original piece back to us.

For pick-up orders and shipped orders, all sales are also final — no refunds are allowed. But just like with shipped orders, you still have 5 days to request a size or item change. We allow this because we focus on ensuring every customer receives a freshly polished piece that has never been worn.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Your satisfaction is our priority! Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damages or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We're here to evaluate the issue and make things right for you. You have up to 5 days to report any damages or incorrect items received.

WARRANTY ON STONE/DIAMOND PIECES

All pieces that contain stones or diamonds come with a 1-year warranty. If any stone falls out within that period, we will repair it at no repair cost.

However, this warranty does not cover breaks, cracks, or damage caused by improper use or mishandling. Many jewelry pieces are delicate luxury items, and dropping them, hitting them, or treating them roughly can cause them to break. Any damage resulting from this type of misuse is not covered under warranty.

We also cannot offer warranty coverage for breaks or cracks that occur after the initial 5-day inspection period. After those first days, you can determine the condition and quality of your piece, but it is important to remember that jewelry requires proper care and maintenance. Ensuring your piece has the correct fit is also essential, as an improper fit increases the risk of breakage.

If your piece breaks due to misuse or after the 5-day period, we can still repair it for you, but a repair fee will apply.

Please make sure to handle your jewelry with care and confirm proper fit upon receiving it.
